At Sunkissed Swimwear, each item is made especially for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Sizing & Fit

All products are made to order, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach outβ€”we’re happy to help!

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with Printful to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
